What does Laetas mean?
Laetas comes from the Latin laetus, laeta, laetum, an adjective that can be translated as “cheerful”. A well written text makes us happy. Why is our name in Latin? Because it is the basis of the Romance languages, including our beloved Spanish language, which has been nurtured by Arabic and by contact with substratum languages such as Nahuatl, and from various cultures throughout the world.
